Requirements

Must be a licensed real estate agent in good standing with a local Realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license to Rollins & Associates Real Estate

Independent, self-motivated, and passionate about selling (sales experience a plus)

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take initiative.

Must be a tech-savvy agent who wants to use our technology to engage clients

List and sell residential or commercial real estate; Negotiate contracts and agreements

Prepare market analysis to help determine property value

Manage sales pipeline, CRM database, and lead generation

Follow up with clients and leads daily via phone call, text message, video message, and email using proven systems and action plan
